Health & Fitness Plans

For those of you that are more interested in just following a plan that is put together specifically for your needs, and catered to get you to your goals, I now offer plans that you can take with you to the gym and simply fill in the blanks as you go along. I will stay in contact with you on a regular basis, to discuss your progress, issues or concerns that come up along the way. We may adjust your exercises or change certain areas of your plan based on your individual needs. Contact me for more details.

Anyone in the Greater Charlotte, NC area, I am available for one on one personal training also. We will create a program specifically for you, according to your ultimate physical goals.
